Posnania Mall

Posnania Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Poland, spans over 243,384 m² with 99,467 m² of leasable area. Europtima was appointed as Project Monitor under a Trilateral Agreement on behalf of key financial institutions, overseeing the construction from 2014 to 2017. The project features retail, fitness, cinema, and service areas, with over 80,000 m² dedicated to retail. Europtima was integral to the new-build of Poznania Mall, creating a state-of-the-art shopping, leisure, entertainment, and F&B destination in Poznan.
