Europtima conducted a major renovation of Palazzo Salviati Cesi Mellini in Roma, into a 96 suites five stars destination, operated by Six Senss, Intercontinental Hotels Group. Together with our investors, we transformed the palace into a luxury escape, Six Senses Rome, later awarded The Upscale Hotel of the Year, The Sustainable Hotel of the year, and The Best in Show for 2023 by Hospitality Design Awards. A realm of opulence like no other.

A 96 Suites Major Renovation of a Palazzo in Rome, to be operated by 6Senses, Intercontinental Hotels Group IHG. €48 Million GMP. Creating a 5-Star Palace Hotel. It has been one year since the Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas team went from being our friends to family, and it has been an honor supporting their vision from concept to reality, from intricate fixtures, bespoke furniture to delivering room keys. The symphony doesn’t stop when delivering room keys; our pre-opening and post-opening management support was essential to attending to meticulous details and last-minute changes. Sophistication and quality are a complicated affair, and we’re all about it!
